本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是“衛(wèi)星激光測(cè)距”系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的第二項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按照GB/T 1.1—2009給出的規(guī)則起草。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由中華人民共和國(guó)自然資源部提出并歸口。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)起草單位:中國(guó)測(cè)繪科學(xué)研究院、中國(guó)科學(xué)院上海天文臺(tái)、山東科技大學(xué)、中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)。
衛(wèi)星激光測(cè)距是建立與維持大地基準(zhǔn)重要的觀測(cè)手段,SLR數(shù)據(jù)處理規(guī)范關(guān)系到成果的質(zhì)量和應(yīng)用。為指導(dǎo)SLR數(shù)據(jù)處理,生產(chǎn)建立和維持地球參考框架所需的地球自轉(zhuǎn)參數(shù)、地心運(yùn)動(dòng)、測(cè)站坐標(biāo)及速度等大地基準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品,制定本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
中華人民共和國(guó)自然資源部是根據(jù)黨的十九屆三中全會(huì)審議通過(guò)的《中央關(guān)于深化黨和國(guó)家機(jī)構(gòu)改革的決定》、《深化黨和國(guó)家機(jī)構(gòu)改革方案》和第十三屆全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)次會(huì)議批準(zhǔn)的《國(guó)務(wù)院機(jī)構(gòu)改革方案》設(shè)立。自然資源部是國(guó)務(wù)院組成部門,為正部級(jí),對(duì)外保留國(guó)家海洋局牌子。
