商務(wù)英語作為專門用途英語,具有與普通英語不同的特點(diǎn),在使用上有其顯著特色,主要表現(xiàn)在文體、語言和文化意識(shí)方面。商務(wù)英語文體講求邏輯的清晰和條理性、思維的準(zhǔn)確嚴(yán)密以及結(jié)構(gòu)的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。在對(duì)學(xué)生和老師進(jìn)行調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,我們選擇了10個(gè)高職高專學(xué)生喜聞樂見的商務(wù)主題,使學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)語言的同時(shí),了解商務(wù)英語,提高語言基本技能培養(yǎng),拓寬商務(wù)視野。
本書所有語料均選自英語國(guó)家書籍、報(bào)刊雜志、廣播電視和網(wǎng)絡(luò),以確保語言的原汁原味、生動(dòng)逼真以及內(nèi)容的豐富多彩,使商務(wù)英語學(xué)習(xí)者既意識(shí)到跨文化交流中商務(wù)特點(diǎn)、思維方式的不同,又能在不同的文化體系中看到共通的方面,求同存異。
積極向上的選材,激活學(xué)生已有知識(shí)信息,為商務(wù)知識(shí)、技能的導(dǎo)入和專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)做好堅(jiān)實(shí)的鋪墊,并在潛移默化中培養(yǎng)學(xué)生形成正確的人生觀、價(jià)值觀。商務(wù)英語句子結(jié)構(gòu)通常較為復(fù)雜,商務(wù)術(shù)語較多,在保證選材生動(dòng)地道的基礎(chǔ)上,為適應(yīng)高職高專學(xué)生特點(diǎn),對(duì)較難的地方加以注釋,既拓展學(xué)生詞匯量,又方便學(xué)生理解。
