本書意在把精益這件事說明白,既有大量案例的解釋說明,還有工具運用后的反思和總結(jié),真正達到"學(xué)”與"思”的有機結(jié)合。本書共包含 9 章。其中,管理篇包括第1 章和第2 章,主要講解了精益生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展和管理層面推行精益的步驟和要點;后面7 章為工具篇,從認識工廠的工具入手,以人、機、法、環(huán),以及新技術(shù)展望為脈絡(luò),由整體到局部,從基礎(chǔ)到精通,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實際案例對各種精益工具進行了詳細講解。本書還對很多精益知識點進行了重新詮釋,大多數(shù)是筆者在推行現(xiàn)場改善的實戰(zhàn)過程中的感悟與總結(jié)。
