《涉外酒店英語(yǔ)》按主題情境安排結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)具體涉外行業(yè)崗位的要求,以該行業(yè)從業(yè)者所從事的典型工作過(guò)程為主線進(jìn)行編寫,先易后難,循序漸進(jìn)。每個(gè)主題情境下設(shè)子情境,分為“語(yǔ)言能力”、“行業(yè)專業(yè)能力”和“綜合能力”等模塊。其中,“語(yǔ)言能力”模塊培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運(yùn)用所學(xué)專業(yè)英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行溝通交流的能力;“行業(yè)專業(yè)能力”模塊培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運(yùn)用所學(xué)英語(yǔ)開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng),提供行業(yè)服務(wù),進(jìn)行有效溝通的能力;“綜合能力”模塊培養(yǎng)學(xué)生處理本行業(yè)領(lǐng)域突發(fā)事件等的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的能力。
