本書聚焦于信息時代工作場所(大學校園)學生與老師之間的學術(shù)請求電子郵件開展問卷調(diào)查,收集真實可靠的語料,綜合關(guān)系管理和關(guān)系操作等話語禮貌理論研究的最新進展,構(gòu)建一個可以分析和評估話語在各個層面的關(guān)系管理策略的理論和應(yīng)用框架。
朱武漢,江蘇興化人,英國謝菲爾德大學哲學博士(英語語言學方向),浙江外國語學院副教授。研究方向為語用學、應(yīng)用語言學等。在國際和國內(nèi)外語類重要學術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文十余篇,參編教材及翻譯作品三部,完成多項學術(shù)課題研究,目前獨立主持浙江省哲社課題、省教改課題以及中國博士后面上資助課題各一項。
